My approach is to use hypnosis with a focus on solutions. Although, we cannot alter the past we can alter our responses to it which makes possible newer and healthier ways to proceed. My aim is to enable you to access more of your unconscious resources in order to achieve the outcomes you desire. My practice is to respect the positive intention that underlies all behaviour and to encourage a shift from unwanted to desired outcomes. | S P A C E R | What happens in a session?A first session will usually last 60 to 90 minutes. During this time an initial consultation, in the strictest confidence, will take place. The issue, or problem, to be resolved, will be discussed and a case history and personal details will be taken. You are then invited to relax and are guided into a deep state of physical and mental relaxation. Whilst in the hypnotic trance state you remain in complete control. Following trance you will return to normal waking awareness and generally clients experience a sense of well being throughout their mind and body. Then what?Much may be achieved by your determining to bring about a change in your life and seeking help to achieve that outcome. However, even more will be achieved by your establishing the practice of self-hypnosis, meditation or a similar mind:body:spirit exercise within your life. This will ensure that your immediate goals remain consistent with the other important aspects of your life. |
